Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

 

We do not provide product or order exchanges.

 

Only products of 100% quality are sent out with orders.

We understand that sometimes you have a change of heart or mind. That’s okay, we are happy to refund your purchase as long as the item/s is returned to us without damage and can be resold. Please contact us by email to discuss your options. 

 

The cost of the freight to return the item is not covered by pippaowendesign.shop and if on return to pippaowendesign.shop it arrives in a damaged state and/or is unable to be resold a refund will not be granted.
